1. Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing time before shipment.

• Order Processing: Typically takes 1-3 business days. This is the time required to verify the order, perform quality checks, and package the item for dispatch from our supplier.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Our products are shipped directly from our global partners.

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $60 USD (or local currency equivalent).

• Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays outside of our control (e.g., customs procedures, public holidays, or weather).

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your order using the link provided in the confirmation email or our Track Order page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Align Pet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Missing or Lost Packages

If your order tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but note that we are not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.
